I WANT to change

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of questions from people regarding change. Some are lost, some have no idea, and most really think they know, but actually don’t. It doesn’t matter if weight loss or weight gain is your goal, in order to achieve this you have to start in the kitchen. Yeah really! You can’t keep doing what you have been doing for however long you’ve been doing it and then wonder why you’re not reaping the benefits of all your hard work at the gym. If you eat like shit you get shitty results. Period.

Starting MAY 1 we will be having a challenge that will be lasting 60 days (Challenge kickoff for sign-up, goal-setting and measurements will be Saturday, April 28 at noon). 30 day challenges really just allow you to get started to see the benefits of what you have started so we are going a little longer, so you can see the benefits and establish some good habits. This will get you really kick started for summer and being more active. Goals will be set, all the help in the world will be given, but it will be up to you and your own will power to change. Don’t have the balls to tell me you’ve been doing things to better yourself if it’s obvious that you are not. I want everyone to improve their nutrition, but I only want people who are committed and really want results to compete in this challenge. I promise, if you are committed, you WILL get positive results. We will all help keep each other accountable and have fun doing it! Grand prize winner will get their monthly dues in July waived!
