800m Run STARTER

5 Min AMRAP
Deadlift x 3(80% 1RM)
Rope Climb x 1

800m Run Finisher

There will be a running clock from the beginning of the 800m run. Post total Rounds of work and total time to facebook or comments!!! WEAR TALL SOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s been a tough couple of weeks of WOD’s so stay after and work with the theracane, the stick, PVC Roller or a LAX Ball
