Skill – Stone to Shoulder

WOD – 3 Rounds for Max Reps of each Round. 1 Minute of Work at each Station with 45 Sec Rest between each. 1 Minute Rest once all stations have been completed.

Stone to shoulder max Reps Alternating Shoulders
45 Sec Rest
Double Unders
45 Sec Rest
Tire Flips
45 Sec Rest
Games Pushups
