The Bear Complex – 5 sets of 7 reps of:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

One FULL set consists of you doing the list of movements 7 times through. The goal is to work up to the heaviest weight possible while maintaining badass form. If you aren’t comfortable putting the bar on your neck for the “back squat” part of the complex then sub in another front squat
