Strength – BENCH PRESS 1 Attempt for Max Reps – Men Rx BW/Women Rx 1/2 BW

WOD  – 3 Rounds – 1 Minute at each Station Max Reps with 1 Minute rest after all 3 have been completed

Wall Balls

Burpees

Box Jumps

Count total reps of all 3 rounds for a total score
