2 Pulls Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes for a total of 16 Pulls

Immediately after your last pull complete 100 Double Unders/250 Singles

WOD 3 Rounds for Time

 Dead Hang Pullups x 10

Games Pushups x 15

Lateral Hops x 20
