EMOTM x 8 – 2 Reps @ 75%

Skill – rope climbs – IF YOU WANT TO LEARN BRING A TALL SOCK

WOD – EMOTM x 5 each

1.) Rope Climbs x 3 (scale down if you don’t finish by :45 mark)

2.) Box Jumps x 15

3.) Hollow Rocks x 20
