Strength – Front Squat & Row Superset

1.)Front Squat – 3 x 5 @ 85%

2.) Bent Over Row – 3 x 10-12

WOD – 21-15-9

OH Walking Lunges (each leg) (45/25)

Burpees on the weight (each burpee jump on top of the bumper)
