WOD 5 Rounds for Time

KB Swing x 21-18-15-12-9

Pushups x 9-12-15-18-21 (clapping, games or jumping lateral) Coaches choice

Heavy Sandbag or DB Carry 200′ (Object must be carried in front and not on the shoulder)
