50 KB Swings

10 Box Jumps

40 KB Snatch (20 each side alternating)

15 Box Jumps

30 KB Clean (each side alternating)

20 Box Jumps

20 KB Get Up Situp (20 Each Side)

25 Box Jumps

If you set your KB down on the ground while finishing the reps of any exercise there will be a 10 BURPEE penalty 🙂
