In deck of cards, each suit in a deck represents a movement. Shuffle the deck and lay out the cards. Move through the deck, completing the appropriate number of reps before moving to the next card. Number cards = that number of reps. Face cards are 10 reps. The ace is 11 reps. The workout ends when you’ve moved through the entire deck.

Hang Cleans = Spades

Box Jumps = Clubs

Burpees = Hearts

Ring Dips = Diamonds
