WOD 15 min AMRAP

Kettlebell Swing x 15
Toes to Bar x 10 (Or Toes through Rings)
Heavy Object Carry 200ft (Sandbag, Dumbbell, Plate, Or 135lb Prowler Push)

FINISHER = 50 Chest to Floor Pushups (Done 1 time at the beginning) (Scale at 30)
