WOD – For Fun – If you change the weight on your bar because you are a “go too heavy guy/girl” there is a 25 burpee penalty

800m Run

Chest to Bar Pull-Ups x 10

Push Press x 10 (135/95)

400m Run

Chest to Bar Pull-Ups x 15

Power Clean x 15 (135/95)

200m Run

Chest to Bar Pull-Ups x 20

HSPU x 20 (sub 90 sec Hold)

Finisher – Hollow Rocks x 50
