Then…

Every :90 x 6 rounds Do 2 Clean and Jerks @ 80% of Max for the day

WOD – 10 Min AMRAP

Deadlift x 5 (225/155)

Box Jumps x 10

Walking Lunges x 20 (10 each leg)
