WOD 1 5 Min AMRAP

Deadlift x 8 65% 1RM

Over Bar Lateral Hops x 20 (scale by drawing a line on the floor to hop over)

3 Min Rest

WOD 2 5 Min AMRAP

Double Unders x 20 (40 Singles)

Pullups x 12

3 Min Rest

WOD 3 5 Min AMRAP

Knees to Elbows x 12

30 Sec Plank (Get where you can see the CLOCK)
