WOD 12 MIN AMRAP:

Burpee Pullups x 10 (If burpee pullups can’t be done do 10 burpees, then 10 pullups/ring rows)

100ft Walking Lunge w/awkward object 45lb or heavier guys/25lb or heavier girls
