Strength – Push/Split Jerk – 2 Every Minute for 8 minutes

WOD – 20 seconds on/10 seconds off – 6 Rounds each – do all 6 rounds before moving to the next station
Stone to Shoulder
Rope Climbs
Games Pushups
Ab Mat Situps
