Strength/Skill – Jerk – 15-20ish Mins

Behind the Neck x 2

Front Rack x 1

*ONLY do 2 reps behind the Neck if you have the skillz to bring the bar down back there safely, otherwise do 1 and a double from front*

WOD – For Fun

KB Snatch x 20 (each)
Run 300m (Wyandotte)

KB Snatch x 15 (each)
Run 400m (2nd pole past)

KB Snatch x 10 (each)
Run 500m
