Strength – Front Squat 3RM

WOD – 10 Minutes on the Minute

Stone to Shoulder x 2
Box Jumps x 5 (you have to go higher than you do in a normal WOD) 36/30/24/20

If you do not complete your reps in the allotted time you skip the next minute to rest and complete 15 burpees at the end of the WOD
