Strength – Clean and Jerk 1RM

WOD – 3 Rounds – 1 Minute at each station for max reps – rest 1 min after all 3 stations
Stone to Shoulder
60 sec HS Hold – 1 Burpee for every second you fall short of 60 seconds at the end of the WOD
Ab Mat Situps
