Partner WOD – 9 Minutes at Each Spot

1.) Prowler 1/2 suicide drag/push – both partners pull and push together (Use black sleds as heavy as possible – rest :60 after each round)

2.) Assault Bike Calorie Ladder – partners trade calories until time expires

2-4-6-8-10-12-14…

3.) Calorie Row Ladder –Ā partners trade calories until time expires

2-4-6-8-10-12-14…
