Follow each set of presses with 3 ball breaking BALL SLAMS! then rest 30 seconds

WOD – 4 Rounds

Clapping Pushups x 10 (If you can’t do them do games pushups x 15)

Ab Mat Situps x 20

Double Unders x 30
