Strength – Bench Press 1RM

WOD – Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes

Rope Climb x 2

Stone to Shoulder x 3

*Every minute you are unable to complete your reps you must rest and  there is a 10 Burpee penalty 🙂 completed at the end of the WOD
