EMOTM x 8 Rounds

Mins 0-3 – x 3 @ 65%

4-7 – x 2 @ 75%

then 5 Mins for a 1RM

WOD – 10 Min AMRAP

1 Arm KB Squat x 5 (each side) 53/35

Toes to Bar x 7

Ring Dips x 9
