Classes will be canceled dueto Winter Storm Ronaldo!  Do this at home if you must workout

1.) WOD – 100 Games Pushups for time

rest 2 Min

2.) WOD – Accumulate a 5 minute Wall sit

rest 2 Min

3.) WOD – Accumulate a 5 minute Handstand Hold

rest 2 min

4.) WOD – 100 Hollow Rocks

post total time to comments and how many cigs smoked and shots of bourbon taken



  1. or go shovel snow for 60 min

  2. 34:15, 5 cigs, 3 shots and it’s not even 11 am yet.

  3. Okay, I did HALF the workout! BUT, I shoveled heavy, wet snow for 30-45 minutes, so I’m calling it good.

  4. 45:22 all rest times included. I got my fiancée, Clare, to do a scaled version. She killed it!

  5. Oh yeah, shots of Evan Williams Black for our finisher.

  6. 24:56 but I forgot to rest between each round.
