1.) WOD – 4 Sets – 90 Sec Rest

A.) Hang Power Clean x 5 (HAP)

B.) Max Effort L-Sit (minimum 30 sec)

2.) WOD – 4 Sets – 60 sec rest

Oblique Plank x 30-45 sec each side (palm and feet on the floor)

Burpees x 10

Hollow Rocks x 20
