A.) Push Press x 6

B.) Weighted Sit-Ups x 15

WOD – 4 Rounds

Right side then Left side

KB Snatch x 8

KB Push Press x 6

Turkish Get-Up x 2

*If you put the KB down before both sides are completed do 5 Burpees. You can set it down once both sides are completed. No more than 1 min between rounds
