Strength – 5 Sets

Bear Complex – 1.) Power Clean 2.) Front Squat 3.) Push Press 4.) Back Squat 5.) Push Press One FULL set consists of you doing the list of movements 7 times through. The goal is to work up to the heaviest weight possible while maintaining Sick form and not putting the bar down until you’ve completed all 7 reps or you fail. If you’re not comfortable putting the bar on your neck for the “back squat” part of the complex then sub in another front squat
