Skill – Rope Climb and Stone Work

WOD – 5 Rounds

Front Squat x 5 (From the Floor)

Bar Facing Burpees x 4

Rope Climb x 3 (No Feet if you can)

Stone to Shoulder x 2 (Go Heavy!)

Prowler Pull x 1 (180/135)

Post WOD – 30 Cal Row Challenge (Blue Rowers = 15 Cals) – As soon as you get done hop on a rower and GO GO GO!
