Strength – Pushing and Pulling

4 Sets
A.) Bench Press x 10

B.) Rope Climbs x 3 (Legless if you can with no jumping)
*rest 2 mins

WOD – 10 Min AMRAP

Pull-Ups x 5

Burpees x 10

Double Unders x 25 (must be unbroken)
