Bear Complex – 5 Rounds working towards heaviest set 1.) Power Clean 2.) Front Squat 3.) Push Press 4.) Back Squat 5.) Push Press One FULL set consists of you doing the list of movements 7 times through. The goal is to work up to the heaviest weight possible while maintaining Sick form and not putting the bar down until you’ve completed all 7 reps or you fail. If you’re not comfortable putting the bar on your neck for the “back squat” part of the complex then sub in another front squat
