1.) WOD – 6 Min AMRAP

Deadlift x 10 (135/95)

Pushups x 10

Rest 2 Minutes

2.) WOD – 6 Min AMRAP

Pullups x 10 (or 3 MU’s if you can)

Double Unders x 20
