1.) Hang Snatch – 3 x 2

then

2.) Hang Snatch + Full Snatch + OH Squat – 3 sets

WOD – For Fun

1000m Runskie (Walnut)

OH Squat x 50 (75/45) (if you break complete 5 Burpees)

Knees to Elbows x 30
