Strength – Strict Press 2 reps every 30 seconds for 4 minutes

WOD

Starter – Wall Balls x 100 then straight in to:

30-20-10
Double Unders
Situps

If your up for it or are directed by Coach you can opt to do the whole “Annie” wod which is 50-40-30-20-10
