Strength/Skill – Jerk Practice

WOD – 4 Rounds

KB Clean & Jerk x 6 (each side)

Turkish Get-Up x 1
*complete all clean and jerk reps on one side and then the get-up on that side then move on to the other side

KB Lunges x 12 (each side)

Rope Climb x 3
