Skill – Turkish Get Up 1 RM (Use Barbell if needed) 3 attempts each side

WOD – 3 Rounds
Power Clean x 6 135/95
Lateral Hop Squat Thrust x 12 (Squat thrust = burpee without the pushup)
Deadlift x 12 135/95
100m Sprint
