CrossFit Classes

CrossFit Classes at Sky’s Limit CrossFit are designed to maximize your time and energy, giving you the best possible total body workout. By working in a group setting with your coach, you will receive proper form instruction, encouragement, motivation, and camaraderie, all while working to reach beyond the mental and physical limits you thought yourself able to achieve.

Though all class attendees will be performing the same CrossFit workout, all the exercises will be scaled to each individual’s fitness level. Your coach will help you find the proper weight and intensity, as well as show you modifications of the movements, so that you are getting the most benefit out of your workout.

  1. Hi Ronnie,
Are you going to hold classes at your gym in Aug. starting at 8:00 pm? Jeremy was talking to me about signing up. Is the information on this website?

    • Yeah it would be awesome to have you guys here. Our on ramp class starts on August 2nd, 4th, 9th, and 11th at 8pm. Go to the Services and rates part of the site and you can pay for on ramp there or just bring cash in that night

  2. I need to find a crossfit in overland park, ks or something close and then find out if they have a special military rate, thanks.

    Leslie

    • I live in lenexa which is even further than Overland Park. I drive 3-4 times a week to this gym because it’s the best. The people are great and the coach’s guidance is unmatched to the other crossfit gyms I’ve been to.

Coach Ronnie and Jesse will push to and beyond your fitness ability, no matter what it may be.

You should go by the gym and check it out Leslie!

    • Always! Let me know wehn you will be in. Thanks

      Ronnie O

  8. Any discounts for physicians?

  9. If I’m in the military and I have a friend who wants to go as well but he is not in the military, would we still fall into the $150 a month partner category or would we both have to be military to qualify for that?

  13. Hi! I am wanting to start Crossfit classes! I am a college athlete and I was just wondering if 1) there is a discount/package for college students that will be home over the summer and 2) is it possible to tailor the workout a little bit to help me prepare for the season!

    So excited to get started!

    Thank you!!!!

  14. Ronnie,

I’m currently doing Crossfit in Kandahar, Afghanistan and am looking for a box to work out at for a couple of months in April and May while I’m home. I’m looking at a couple of places in the Kc area but I really would like to start without having to do the beginners classes. Let me know if there’s a way to arrange that. Thanks.

    • That sounds great! As long as you know how to snatch, clean & Jerk, deadlift and squat you should be good to start. Let me know when you get home and come on in. Thanks!
      Ronnie O
