Healthy Turkey Chili Recipe

This is a simple, healthy Turkey Chili recipe. It actually tastes really good, but your not going to win any chili cookoffs with it. Feel free to tweak this recipe as you wish just be sure to account for the additional calories, protein, fat,  and carbs you are adding.

  • 2 lbs of 93% lean ground Turkey
  • 1 can of Chili Ready Tomatoes
  • 1 Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can of Chili Beans
  • 1 Package of Williams Seasoning

I decided to break this pot up into 8 servings, each serving  yields = 238 calories, 26.25g of Protein, 15 grams of Carbohydrates with 5 g of Fiber, and 8 grams of Fat. Not a bad little dinner or snack since you have 8 servings. The total calories before dividing are 1910, 210g of protein, 121g of carbs, and 67g of fat. You can obviously divide the totals by any number you want to change the serving size, so feel free to.

Brown your ground Turkey, then add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour and then start  losing weight while you eat. No guarantees.

Like I said feel free to add any peppers, onions or whatever you like to add more flavor. If you have to use a tortilla please use Mama Lupe’s low carb tortillas. Enjoy!
