Jumping Jacks x 30

Pass-> x 10

Light DB Push Presses x 6


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

25 Min AMRAP

DB Walking Lunges (down and back)

Assault Bike Cals x 15/12

Sled Drag then Push

Reverse Crunches x 15
*Hold DB’s in rack position and complete an overhead press every time you lunge with your right side* Up and Press
