High Knees Down

Butt Kickers Back


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

25 Minute AMRAP

Walking Lunge to Curl and Press Down and Back

Assault Bike x .5/.4

Toes to Bar x 15

Row x 400m/325m
Execute lunges by stepping with the right foot and come up and curl, hold weight at the top of the curl and step with the left and then come up and press. Rinse and repeat the length of the wood and back
