Singles x 30

Banded Lateral Steps Down & Back

Banded Lat Stretch :25 each


Back Squat (3-3-3-3)

Start @ 75% and go up. Get inside the rack or ask for a Spot ????


Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds

Double Unders x 30

KB Swings x 15

Step Back Lunges x 5 (each side) Use KB for Weight
