Pass -> x 10

Air Squats x 10

High Knees down

Booty Kickers back


Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds – 30 Min Cap

2-KB Waiters walk around the rig (Both Arms)

Assault Bike x 15/12

Zercher Yoke Carry down and back (If you cant carry it push it like a sled)

Calorie Row x 15/12
Waiters Walk – One KB overhead and one by your side

Zercher Carry – Carry the yoke in front of you with your arms crossed
