Squat, Lunge, Pull (6-6-6-6)

A.) Back Squat x 3/Alternating Lunges x 3 each side (Complete this 3x)

B.) Weighted Pull-Ups x 6

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Min AMRAP

Burpees x 8

KB Swings x 10

Double Unders x 25
