Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds Each Alternating – 30 sec on/30 sec off)

1.) Assault Bike Calories

2.) Handstand Holds (If holds are too easy then to “Shoulder Taps” or do them off the wall)

3.) Burpees
