High Knees Down

Butt Kickers Back

Lateral Side Steps Down and Back

Back Squats x 8


Back Squat (6-6-4-4-2)

Start around 70-75% and go up each set ??


Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds

American KB Swings x 16

Walking Lunges x 14 (each side) Hold KB

Toes to Bar x 12
