Push Press x 3

Pass -> x 10

Strength

Clean and Jerk (3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

Moderate weight do 1 Rep every :20 for 10 Minutes

Lateral Bar Hops x 20

Walking Lunges x 10 (Each Side) No Weight
