Strength

Split Jerk (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

Every 1:30 for 8 sets do 2 Split Jerks between 60-70%. Speed and footwork are the focus

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

Deadstop KB Clean and Press x 6 (each side)

Double Unders x 35

Over KB Burpees x 8
