Partner WOD – 8 Mins @ Each Spot/One Min Rest – One works and One rests
1.) Sled Drags down and back (Outside)
Tire Flips x 4 (In the gravel)
(Next person starts sleds when partner starts on the tire flips)
2.) Bench Press x 6
Stone to Shoulder x 3
3.) Pull-ups x 8
Double Unders x 35
