You will be able to measure your fitness progress in the gym by addressing the 10 aspects of fitness. Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy are how we track progress. Outside of the gym you will see daily tasks and any fun sport or activity becoming easier and more fun. Guaranteed!
