When you walk into a CrossFit gym for the first time don’t be shocked when you find the cardio section with rows of treadmills and ellipticals missing. There is no machine circuit section that you can go walk through. Cardio comes in the form of Metabolic Conditioning which is sprinting on the ground, rowing, jumping, and pushing and pulling sleds.
